Refund policy

COMPANY STATEMENT

 

CynthiaAshby.com is a separate entity than Cynthia Ashby Inc. Items purchased online will only be accepted for a return, exchange or refund. All other Cynthia Ashby Inc items must be handled where they were originally purchased.  

 

 

**Shipping charges on returns/exchanges will the responsibility of the customer and will not be covered by Cynthia Ashby Inc.

 

 

REFUND POLICY 

 

Cynthia Ashby Inc. will accept returns within 14 days of when your garment is received on full-priced merchandise that has not been altered, worn or washed. All tags must be attached and be free of perfumes. The garment must be returned in its original condition. Damaged garments will not be refunded. 

 

Refunds will be made in the original form of payment. 

 

All clearance itemsare only subject to exchange for another size and not a full refund. 

 

Exchanges for all garmentsmust be made 21 days from the time you receive your garment. 

 

 

EXCHANGE POLICY

 

To request an exchange - please email Retail@Cynthiaashby.com. Please do not send back garments without notifying us. 

 

Exchanges are to be made within 21 days from the time you receive your garment with all tags attached in its original condition and free of perfumes. 

 

Cynthia Ashby Inc. will be happy to assist you with your exchange process. If you need assistance, please email Retail@Cynthiaashby.com. We will help you find your best fit and color just for you and make sure you find exactly what you are looking for.

 

 

RETURN POLICY
